The gypsy girls made everyone welcome and made photo opps a genuine paparazzi show with the plumes busting out GZ’s Rubén red on the deepest blue sizzling in the shade. The ales and barbeque looked good, encouraged to support each sponsor, I couldn’t refuse…strolled back to find Mini had popped in for a visit and tempted me with marshmallows, not to be left out she rushed to show her skills and promptly gave the ball a drop punt into the hedge ricocheting into goal, impressive…. The wolf pack sauntered by and agreed it was hot, listened to the tunes live on stage and put on the grins for the family album back home. After retrieving the ball from the fountain once again, I was seriously contemplating another ale and falling in accidently and taking my time before getting out. It was a truly great time without the maddening rush, folks strolling by, kids dropping in. The Stars came by with an unexpected a challenge to a game for the Merlion cup in Singapore this October; which put a smile on the lions face…. not the first for the day. Thank you to all the Getch Guys appreciate the time and effort it was wonderful….

It was a brilliant steamy Guangzhou day where you just want to hang in the shade, with the kids running somewhere else….The two minute slot on stage brought the shirt to well past damp; kids, as only kids can, ran round parents, kicking a ball into the net; moments earlier too shy to pose with the cup, were facing each other off hair wringing wet with full concentration and pre-empting each move.
